This year, in-person sessions will be combined with online sessions so you can join “Translational Neuroscience Day” from your office as well.
You will be able to choose during registration whether you would like to attend on-site, online or both.
1. Registration
30 September - 30 November 2021
During the registration you can select the sessions you want to attend, and set if and when you want to be available for B2B and/or eposter meetings. This determines up to how many meetings you can have.
2. Set up a profile and request meetings
30 September - 03 December 2021
Next up you create a profile that will be visible to other signed up attendees on the event website. This profile describes what you are looking for and can offer to potential partners.
You can now start to receive and send meetings requests to attendees you want to meet at the event.
3. Build connections
A few days prior to the event, the exact time for your meeting will be scheduled. You will receive an email with your meetings schedule or you can always check it online or via the app.
